Terms of Service

Who I am

I'm Beau Hicks, an independent developer in Ontario, Canada ("I", "me"). Contact: info@growupseo.com. By buying a service or booking work, you agree to these terms.

Services and prices

All prices are in USD, plus applicable taxes.

• 48-Hour Fix, $249, one-time: one clearly defined issue fixed within 48 hours of getting access and a clear description. Requests that come in on a weekend start Monday. If I can't fix the agreed issue, you get a full refund. If the same issue comes back within 7 days, I fix it at no charge. If the work turns out to be bigger than one issue, I quote it before doing more.
• Production Audit, $499, one-time: a written, prioritized report delivered within 3 business days of access, plus a 30-minute walkthrough call. If the report is late or doesn't give you a clear, prioritized list you can act on, tell me within 7 days of delivery for a refund. The $499 is credited toward fix work booked within 14 days of delivery.
• Care Plans, monthly (Starter $300/mo, Growth $600/mo, Pro $1,000/mo): month-to-month, cancel anytime before your next billing date. Months already started aren't refunded, and unused hours don't roll over. Extra work beyond the included hours is $75/hr, quoted before I start.

Payment

Fixed-price work is paid up front through Stripe. Care plans are billed monthly.

Your responsibilities

Give me the access and information the job needs, and keep your own backups.

Ownership

You own your code, app and data. I keep no rights to your work.

No guarantee against future breakage

I'm not responsible for new problems caused by later changes you or others make, including new AI prompts or Lovable edits, or by changes and outages at third-party services such as Lovable, Supabase or Stripe.

No developer can guarantee an app is 100% secure. I don't give legal or compliance advice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any job is limited to the fees you paid for that job.

Independence

I'm an independent developer, not affiliated with or endorsed by Lovable or Supabase.

Governing law

The laws of Ontario, Canada apply.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
